  • Conditions: Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number, invoice).
  • Quality Issues / Our Responsibility: We will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Please Note:
    • We cannot accept returns for items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration.
    • Returns shipped without prior confirmation from us will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

  3. Pack Securely: Place the item in its original packaging, include your order number, and seal the package securely.
  4. Ship & Notify: Ship your package from your local post office and email us the return tracking number.

3. Refund Process

  1. Process: Submit a refund request → Await customer service review → Return the shipment → Receive a refund to your original payment account or an exchange.
  2. Timeframe: Once we receive your return and verify it meets the conditions, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days. The refund may take 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment platform's policies.
  3. For exchanges: Replacement items will be re-shipped within one week.

4. Warranty Service
