1. Free Worldwide Shipping
All orders qualify for free shipping. We ship to destinations worldwide, and this shipping policy applies globally. -
2. Order Processing Time
In-stock items: dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Pre-orders or out-of-stock items: estimated ship date shown on the product page and confirmed by e-mail/SMS. -
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
The built-in CO₂ cartridge is classified as IATA Division 2.2 dangerous goods, so air transport is temporarily unavailable.
Default method: economy sea freight (fast vessel), door-to-door with customs clearance.
Transit Time: 18–30 calendar days to major port cities.
Carriers: DHL Global Forwarding / Maersk + final-mile UPS or DPD. -
4. Air-Freight Update
We have applied to IATA for a "Special-Use Safety Device" exemption related to dangerous goods shipping packaging regulations. Approval is expected within 30 days. Once granted, pending sea orders will be offered a free upgrade to air freight (5–8 day delivery) automatically.
